1. Do I need to create a new account to re-enroll?
Nope! Use your same login credentials. Just re-enroll through the new link and your progress will transfer automatically.

2. Will I lose my course progress if I re-enroll?
Not at all — your progress is saved and will move with you. You won’t need to re-take anything.

3. Why do I need to re-enroll?
I’ve updated the membership system with better features, easier access, and a lower price. Re-enrolling gives you full access to this new experience.

4. What’s the difference between Maker Membership and Pro Membership?

All courses at the ACA are now sorted into two memberships. You can learn more in the chart below, and an interactive version is right here.

5. Can I switch between memberships?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade between the two membership options anytime from your dashboard.

6. Is there a trial period?
Yes! The new system offers a 7-day free trial so you can explore before you're charged anything.

7. Where do I find my courses and challenges?
Once you log in, click on MY ACA. You’ll see everything you have access to, organized by Tier.

8. Can I use a discount code when I re-enroll?
Yes! Use code WELCOME25 for 25% off your membership fees when switching to the new experience.

9. I just renewed my Crochet Membership, or I’m currently paying for multiple products.
No worries at all! When you re-enroll in the updated membership, any overlapping products or payments will be cancelled for you. I'm carefully checking every purchase, but do reach out for questions about your specific account.
