Broomstick Lace Stitch Pattern Step-by-step Instructions

Row 1: Ch 26, 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each st across - 25 sc.

Row 2: Draw up loop on hook and place onto knitting needle, *insert hook into next st, yo & draw up a loop, place loop onto knitting needle; repeat from * across - 25 loops.

Row 3: Insert hook under 1st 5 loops on needle , yo & draw up a loop, ch 1 (does not count as a st), remove loops from needle, 5 sc in those 5 loops, * insert hook under next 5 loops on needle, remove loops from needle, 5 sc in those 5 loops; repeat from * across - 25 sc.

Repeat rows 2 and 3 to continue working this stitch pattern.
