Row 1: Ch 18, Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc3tog inserting hook into same ch as previous sc and into next 2 chs, *ch 1, sc3tog inserting hook into same ch as 3rd leg of previous sc and into next 2 chs; repeat from * across, sc in last, turn

Row 2: Ch 1, sc in 1st, sc3tog inserting hook into same st as previous sc, into next ch-1 space, and into next st, *ch 1, sc3tog inserting hook into same st as 3rd leg of previous st, into next ch-1 space, and into next st; repeat from * across, sc in last, turn
