Puff Stitch Pattern Step-by-step Instructions

Row 1: Ch 14, 1 pf in 4th ch from hook (previous 3 chs count as 1 hdc) and in each ch across until 1 ch remains, 1 hdc in final ch

Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as 1 hdc) & turn, 1 pf in each st across until 1 st remains, 1 hdc in final st

Repeat row 2 to continue working this stitch pattern.
